These terms govern your use of Lea ("Lea", "we", "us"), a lead-generation advertising service for real estate agents, operated as a sibling product to Airea. By creating an account or ordering a campaign, you agree to these terms.
Lea builds and runs paid social advertising campaigns on your behalf — buyer lead-generation ads for a specific listing, and/or an always-on seller lead-generation campaign into a branded appraisal landing page. Ad creative (reels, carousel images, landing pages) and ad copy are produced using details and photos you provide or that we retrieve from your linked listing profile, with the help of automated tools including AI-assisted copywriting. We review campaigns before they go live.
Campaign packages are billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout — one-off for buyer campaigns, monthly subscription for seller campaigns. Prices cover campaign setup, ad creative production, ongoing optimization, and reporting, inclusive of the advertising spend we place on your behalf. Failed or disputed payments may pause an active campaign until resolved.
Monthly seller campaigns can be cancelled at any time from your account or by emailing us — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. One-off buyer campaigns run for their agreed flight and aren't refundable once the campaign has gone live, except where required by law.
We manage your campaigns in good faith using reasonable industry practice, but we don't guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific cost per lead, or any sale outcome. Advertising performance depends on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and listing appeal.
You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use any listing details, photos, and profile information you provide or connect (including via your listing profile). Don't connect or upload anything you don't have rights to use in advertising.
Don't use Lea for listings or claims that are false, misleading, or breach advertising standards or Fair Trading Act obligations. We may pause or decline a campaign that we reasonably believe breaches this.
Your Lea landing pages, quiz and lead-capture funnels remain Lea's property. They are licensed to you for one purpose only: capturing leads from advertising created and run through Lea. They are not a free lead-capture tool to point other traffic at.
You must not send traffic to a Lea-supplied landing page, quiz or lead funnel from any advertising that was not created and run through the Lea system. That includes running your own or a third party's Facebook, Instagram, Google or other paid ads to a Lea URL, and copying, cloning, embedding or re-hosting a Lea page or funnel to use outside Lea.
If we find an account doing this, we will suspend it immediately, and we will report the conduct to the agent's supervising licensee and agency and to the Real Estate Authority (REA). Fees already paid are not refunded in these circumstances, and we may recover the value of the advertising and lead-capture services obtained this way.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lea's liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Lea after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
