For agents · Facebook setup

Set up your Facebook Business account.

A Facebook Page gets you leads. A Facebook Business account is what lets your seller, appraisal and brand ads run under your own name. Most agents have never set one up — it takes about ten minutes, and this guide walks you through every click. Short on time? We'll do it with you for $299 incl GST.

Why it's worth ten minutes

What a Business account unlocks.

Everything below runs on Lea's card and Lea's ad account — you never fund or manage the ads yourself. The one thing only you can give is your Page identity.

Ads run under your own name

Seller, appraisal and brand campaigns appear from your Page — your brand, your face — not a generic one. That's the whole point of owning your market.

You keep full ownership

You're granting Lea partner access to your Page, never your password. You stay the owner and can change or remove that access anytime.

Leads land in your inbox

Every enquiry from your ads — a name, a number, an email — comes straight to you, tied to your own Page and Instagram.

Instagram under your handle

If your Instagram is linked to your Page, your ads show there under your own handle too. Lea picks it up automatically.

Step by step

The four steps, exactly.

Do these once and you're set for every future campaign. If your Page is already inside a Business portfolio, jump straight to Step 3.

Step 1

Create a Business portfolio

Skip this if your Page already sits inside a Meta Business portfolio (Business Manager) — most agencies already have one.

  • Go to business.facebook.comLog in with the Facebook account that manages your Page.
  • Top-left, create a Business portfolioUse your agency name, your own name and your business email.
Step 2

Add your Page to it

  • Open Business settings → Accounts → PagesThe gear icon is at the bottom-left of business.facebook.com.
  • Click Add → "Add a Page you already manage"Pick your real-estate Page and confirm.
Step 3

Share advertiser access with Lea

Lea's Business ID is CES Digital 1031893824278263 — you'll paste it in.

  • Open Users → Partners → AddChoose "Give a partner access to your assets."
  • Enter Lea's Business ID — CES Digital 1031893824278263Then click Next.
  • Choose Pages, tick your Page, turn on Ads and ContentIf a Leads access option is shown, turn that on too. (If only “Full control” is offered, that's fine — you remain the owner.)
  • If your Instagram is linked, share it tooSelect Instagram accounts, tick yours, and grant ad/content access if shown.
Step 4

Accept the terms & verify

  • Open facebook.com/ads/leadgen/tosSelect your Page and accept Meta's Lead Ads Terms if prompted.
  • Save your changes in Business settingsThat's the Meta side done.
  • Back in Lea → Connect, click "I’ve granted access — check now"Lea confirms the permission and unlocks own-name campaigns.

Good to know

A few things worth knowing.

  • Buyer campaigns don't wait — they run on Lea's own Page, so you can start those before any of this is finished. It's seller, appraisal and brand ads that need your Page connected.
  • To change or remove Lea's access later: Business settings → Users → Partners → Lea → adjust or Remove.
  • You never share your Facebook password. You only share your Page (your brand identity) and, optionally, the linked Instagram account.

Rather we just did it for you?

Book Lea's $299 incl GST one-hour setup and we'll create your Business portfolio, add your Page and connect advertiser access with you on a screen-share — start to finish.
